Should I arrive early for my first massage?
Ten minutes early is perfect. You will fill out a brief intake form covering injuries, pressure preference, and areas to focus on or avoid.
Is the massage room private?
Completely. It is a dedicated, sound-insulated room — not a curtained section — with its own lighting and temperature control.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes, for the second and third trimester, with a therapist trained in prenatal positioning. Please mention how far along you are when booking.
