Frequently asked questions
Do I need a consultation before booking color?
For a first color visit we build a short consultation into your appointment at no charge. For major transformations (color corrections, vivid colors, going significantly lighter) we recommend booking a separate consultation first so we can plan timing and give you an accurate quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Cuts can usually be booked within the week. For color and balayage we suggest booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for Saturday appointments.
What happens if I am not happy with my hair?
Tell us within 7 days and we will make it right at no charge. We would rather adjust a cut or tone a color than have you live with something you do not love.
